Selby Paper Mill redevelopment masterplan

The redevelopment of the old Selby Paper Mills site in Selby, North Yorkshire, is thoughtfully providing the opportunity to deliver a modern and innovative residential development with excellent connectivity to the heart of the town and to neighbouring cities, York and Leeds.

The proposed masterplan offers a fresh approach, by providing a mix of residential units and house types to offer suitable accommodation for a variety of new residents. At the heart of the concept is a green urban park to encourage health and wellbeing, linked to the existing community through enhanced vehicular, cycle and pedestrian connectivity.

To fulfil the specific requirements of the governing regulators, we were approached by the project selling agents Berrys, to create a suitable responsive landing page aimed at potential investors and the general public of the proposed plans for the Selby Paper Mill redevelopment site.
