Tracing its roots back to Orascom Telecom Holding, established in 1997, and then Orascom Telecom Media and Technologies, born in 2011; until rebranding in 2018 to Orascom Investment Holding, and diversifying its investment strategy into other high-growth sectors.
OIH’s strategy will continue a proven ability to identify opportunities, and implement its exceptional operational management expertise to transform investments into market-leading global businesses, as demonstrated throughout its history.
Definition.
Transforming Opportunity into Value
A Purpose routed in four ideals: Discovery, Enrichment, Excellence, and Fearlessness
Orascom Investment Holding will seek to invest in areas where they see the potential to make a real difference. By relying on extensive operational management expertise, OIH will aim to transform these opportunities into market-leading global businesses. The ultimate goal, to maximise value, create a lasting impact for shareholders and industries operated in, and enhance the communities in which we live. Every business, we invest in, we believe in.
A promise and expression to believe in: Transforming Opportunity into Value
We are focused, opportunity driven; we know a good idea when we see it. We collaboratively work with our partners to create value by building market leaders with successful, scalable and sustainable businesses.
Expression.
With the aim to re-inform and reposition its core business proposition to investors/markets, we were approached by the OIH senior management team, to advise and develop their business’s strategic brand platform, including: their purpose, promise, values, voice, experience, and expression.
Upon the strategic exercise completion, we developed their new identity and associated visual language, allowing the rebranded OIH to inform its audience on current and future business activities, engage with potential new investors, and dispel any market confusion.
